Hifidelity was an enjoyable branding process, given our love of all things audio and tech. Research into competing brands and approaches was intensive, as we worked to avoid the traditional audio signifiers. The result became an abstracted logotype that could be a turntable or a speaker, and we enjoyed people's suggestions as to what it was exactly. A vibrant colur scheme was chosen to make the logo appealing across the gender divide - audio being stereotypically a "male" domain - and a pattern of the logo as a supporting visual element, which in application added to up some of our favourite corporate collateral produced to date.
